Change is inevitable, right? Well, it is and if you want to listen to a podcast that walks you through making small changes, then tune into the Change Navigator. After listening to Paula Son and her thoughtful wit I am encouraged to re-evaluate how I view change. Not all at once, but making changes that are most impactful to me. One of my favorite is the spin she took on "Spare Change Anyone”.
